Dr. Greg Sternquist — Gonstead Chiropractor & Advanced Nutrition Response Testing®

Dr. Greg Sternquist DC graduated Palmer Chiropractic College in 1991 after receiving his Bachelor of Science at the University of Alaska Fairbanks in 1985. After specializing in the respected Gonstead chiropractic method for nearly two decades, Dr. Greg felt he needed a new set of tools when his own health began failing. A former competitive cyclist, avid outdoors enthusiast, and private pilot—something had to change!  After healing himself with Nutrition Response Testing, he then completed training in Advanced Nutrition Response Testing with Ulan Nutrition Systems in 2008. Now in private practice for 26+ years and with over 2500 hours of nutritional therapy training and advanced Chiropractic continuing education, Dr. Greg Sternquist has become a renowned expert helping thousands of wonderful people get off the cycle of repeating chronic health problems and only temporary results to now enjoy more energy, become free of unwanted symptoms, and look and feel the way they want. Marie Cecchini Sternquist, MSMarie Sternquist, MS CHHC — Advanced Level Nutrition Response Testing®!

A graduate of the University of Colorado, with 30 years of health-related clinical research published peer-reviewed medical journals, Marie’s interests lie in how chemical and metal toxicities affect our health, hormones and immune function—and how to heal these problems with whole foods. In 2014, Marie completed the Health Coach program at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition where she studied 100’s of dietary theories with an emphasis on developing step-by-step nutritional programs and is currently working on her Nutritionist certification through the Masters in Functional Nutrition program and the University of Western States.

Marie’s signature nutrition programs have helped thousands of people just like you regain health and quality of life. In 2016, Marie Sternquist completed her Advanced Level in Nutrition Response Testing®, joining her husband Dr. Greg Sternquist as an advanced clinician.

Deanna Cresap, LMT

Deanna Cresap LMTA certified Myofascial Trigger Point therapist and 2007 graduate of the  Pittsburgh School of Pain Management, Deanna helps empower people to take care of themselves though effective self-care instruction that restores health.  The practice of trigger point therapy is a recognized non-surgical and drug free approach to relieving pain and restoring function to the muscles and soft tissues. By teaching self-care techniques in an integrated medicine setting that finds and fixes the underlying causes of muscular pain, patients are guided to achieve faster pain relief, have less recurrence and can achieve stable optimal health. Deanna is a nationally certified and recognized Licensed Massage Therapist.

Before I came to Alaska Health Improvement Center I was having slow progress healing my knee and had occasional back pain. Now after coming in to see the doctor my knee is better and back pain is mostly gone.—BW
