Nutrition Response Testing

Will a program designed with Nutrition Response Testing® really restore my health?

Of course. What could be more natural? What could be more correct? Every cell, tissue, and organ in your body is in the process of replacing itself every day, month, and year. Their health depends on the availability of correct nutrients to support proper cell functions. When your body is not getting the tools it needs—and/or getting bombarded by toxic substances—your cells, tissues, and organs cannot properly function; they break down and age. After enough time, you experience symptoms.

The BIG question is how do you know what your unique body needs?

Nutrition Response Testing

In medical practice there are two key parts: the diagnosis (identifying and/or naming the “disease” or syndrome) and the treatment (drugs, surgery, etc.).

In Nutrition Response Testing® we do not diagnose or treat disease but we also have two parts:  the analysis (Nutrition Response Testing) and your personalized health improvement program (Designed Clinical Nutrition).

Nutrition Response Testing, as performed in our office, is a major part of the neurologic assessment process.

If you have symptoms, then two things are going on:

  • Your body isn’t getting the genuine building blocks it needs; and
  • there are too many stressors; your body isn’t able to keep up.

The Nutrition Response Testing analysis is performed simply by using your body’s own nervous system in combination with acupressure points to determine where there is any underlying weakness in the body and then, using the same technique, we design a natural health improvement program to help you handle what we find in our analysis.

“Designed Clinical Nutrition” is exactly that: designed (especially prepared based on a specific plan); clinical (pertaining to the results gotten in clinical use or actual practice on huge numbers of patients over many years); nutrition (real whole food, designed by nature to enable the body to repair itself and grow healthfully). Designed Clinical Nutrition provides gives your body the right basic building materials; your organs and systems are then able to finally heal.

I thought I ate well…

It is that important you eat the right foods. However, even with the best personal eating habits and routines, the poor quality foods commercially available in grocery stores, restaurants, and fast food chains today make it difficult to get the nutrients you need. Ironically, efforts to increase food production have resulted in less nourishing while mass-produced food. Foods grown on high volume, commercial farms—the average vegetable found in today’s supermarket—are anywhere from 5% to 40% lower in nutrients than those harvested just 50 years ago.

Worse, toxic substances that contribute to the problem are intentionally added to food you eat every day:

  • Heat processing Food Coloring
  • Pesticides Synthetic additives
  • Genetic engineering Preservatives
  • Hormones and antibiotics

Commercial growers and food processing companies spend billions of dollars marketing to you to convince you that their products have the best taste, appearance, cost-effectiveness, and nutrient content.

Truthfully, this is “anti-food.” It is “food” in disguise; robbed of its nutritional integrity.

What are “whole foods”?

Vegetables, for example red, and especially hot peppers have more vitamin C complex than any other source—five times more than oranges, which are not that great a source. A “complex” is made up of different parts that work together. When any of the parts are separated from the complex, as is done to manufacture synthetic vitamins like ascorbic acid, and many “anti-foods”, they lose their ability to work properly as a building block for your body.

Only whole foods are the basic building blocks of healing, repair, and health maintenance.

How do I get a Designed Clinical Nutrition program?

First, schedule your Comprehensive Exam so we can determine the reason why your body is creating symptoms (exactly which organisms, toxic substances, allergens and/or nutritional deficiencies). As part of your comprehensive exam, we’ll evaluate your body using Nutrition Response Testing®—a non-invasive way of using your body’s reflexes to evaluate from the outside the health and condition of all your organs and systems.

We’ll also look at your medical history, lab tests, physical exam findings, neurological exam findings, and other criteria to determine how to treat the problem most effectively. Nutrition Response Testing, when used appropriately and by a qualified, skilled physician, is a powerful tool that aids in individualized, specific treatment.

Next, we’ll design your individual program and review a detailed explanation of our exam findings. We lay out a step-by-step plan to address the stressors (usually some combination of infections, food sensitivities, chemical and metal build-up, and/or stressed organs) replenish any deficiencies and ensure that your body has the precise tools it needs to heal and repair.

We use carefully selected whole food supplements and other natural remedies because they do not have damaging side-effects unlike medications or even synthetic vitamins.

How long until I start feeling healthy again?

I’m finally learning how to lose weight properly while maintaining the energy I need throughout the day. My biggest surprise is all the GOOD side effects! My weight is going away, energy is up and my anxiety levels are ZERO! —KT

Although every case is different and handled on an individual basis, initial improvement can be quite fast. Rather than numb symptoms, this regimen restores the natural balance and health of the body by removing stressors and providing nutritional building blocks to heal the underlying problem. Those who most closely adhere to their recommended program will see the most permanent results in the least amount of time.

Do I have to stay on a Designed Clinical Nutrition regimen forever?

Of course not; but usually there is more than one layer to address. First we handle the acute, glaring symptoms. With those calmed down, true healing can finally occur. As this happens we adjust your program. Our goal is to use as few supplements as possible and get through the layers as quickly as possible to restore balance and health.

Even maximum wellness can be affected by change. Health-conscious adults get routine check-ups for themselves and their children to adjust for changes in seasons, routines, lifestyle… wellness care saves you time and money by helping you stay well.

Designed Clinical Nutrition provides the right basic materials. Nutrition Response Testing tells you when and what to use to bring about the desired result.

To summarize, first we find the hidden cause(s) of your symptoms using Nutrition Response Testing and Direct Resonance Testing. Next we prioritize and handle the main problem areas first; and we do this by utilizing safe, non-invasive, drug-free, whole foods, herbal and homeopathic approaches.

Through careful analysis, we help you to determine the precise step-by-step plan to bring about balance and better health. We use highly concentrated therapeutic formulations to “supplement” what you can get out of a proper diet. We provide education and guidance to support your success.

Depending on your individual situation, we counsel you on your diet & eating habits, and in your routines, in order to bring about the best possible results.

It’s that simple!

If your goal is to actually find and fix the hidden cause of your health problems, then you are in the right place.
